Is there a way to share my calendar from my Mac to

Sure, if your calendar is on a server. I am guessing since you use Office, you probably use an exchange server. Just connect both to that server.

If you are using local calendars, then I'm not sure, but probably not easily.
 
You don't have to do anything special. I do this with my school exchange email and calendar. Just subscribe to the link in iCal. Do you need step by step?
