iPod touch Is There a Way to Sync Individual...

....components in iTunes instead of everything each time the Touch is connected? I've downloaded a new Ap and would like to transfer it to my Touch without snycing everything else. Can it be done?

Wouldn't that delete everything you uncheck?

To OP: I don't know of a way to make iTunes skip syncing everything, but otoh, if you haven't made any changes since the last time you synced, iTunes doesn't do anything -- it just syncs any changes made since the last sync.
