Is there a way to transfer a couple apps and their data from 4S to 6 using iCloud

When we first got out 6's I only did a backup of the critical settings of my 4S and all apps but a couple of the largest ones so that I can set up up 6. The reason is our wifi blocked iCloud so I was at the ATT store and they had me backup my 4S. Not wanting to stay for 4 hours I chose to backup the above. Now id like to transfer the remaining large apps over. How do I do that with iCloud without also transferring the same settings from 4S since I now configured my 6 differently?
