ive seen windows programs do it but none for osx
torrents are blocked for me but i want to be able to use them

Which program are you using? You can always encrypt your torrent traffic. That will make it invisible to most ISP traffic shapers.

I haven't heard of the http tunneling you are referring to, but if Windows programs have it then it will eventually come to Mac.

I like Azureus best.
