Is there a way to unjailbreak my 4S running 5.01 and not lose my keyboard shortcuts?

The Genius said that people have been having problems with compatibility in restoring from an iOS 5 backup to a phone w iOS 7. So I want to unjailbreak and go back to stock iOS 5.01. Is that possible, and if not will I lose my settings?

I am most concerned about my hundreds of keyboard shortcuts. Help I have a Genius appointment in 3 hours!

Also if I go the route of restoring via iTunes and it restores to iOS 7.04, will I have problems restoring my settings including keyboard shortcuts?

Stupid questions don't really deserve answers. If you don't know how and why to jailbreak you shouldn't really be doing it at all.

What are you talking about? I didn't ask anything about jailbreaking, I asked about restoring a backup from iOS 5 to 7. Learn how to read.
