Here's the situation - I stay in a flat with 3 flat mates. We have a 2 meg internet connection.

We all access the internet via my Airport Extreme (n). However, one of my flat mates loves his Torrents and downloads constantly. Even when he says he isn't downloading, it is obvious he is because the internet is unbelievably slow. He is connected to the Airport Extreme via a LAN cable (trials across to his room) since his banger of a PC isn't wireless enabled. I know it is his downloading that makes the net slow, because I have unplugged his LAN cable to see if it made a difference and the net was back to full speed.

I have tried to find some utilities that might help, but what I want to do is limit his speed (i.e. stop him downloading torrents at full speed) somehow or find a utility that shows bandwidth share over the LAN to say to him, "look, here's the evidence" rather than him just saying "its slow for me too - just crap internet".

Any ideas? Cheers.
