Is there a way?

I download apps all the time on my iphone but not thru itunes on my computer. Is there away to have itunes download those apps I downloaded on my phone. Without having to go and look up each app and download individually?

If you attach your iPhone to your computer and open iTunes, it shoud sync all your apps to iTunes.

All you have to do is right click on the iPhone icon in the left pane when connected to iTunes and choose Transfer Purchases.
