I'm looking for some software for Windows that will bridge the gap between the Windows colourpicker and the OS X colourpicker.

I have found plenty of very good colour wheels for Windows (at the moment I use XP & Office 2003), but a colour wheel doesn't quite do the trick - from what I can see I still need to transcribe a colour code (RGB, CMYK, HEX, HSB) to the Windows colourpicker, which then has little or no ability to store the colour, let alone multiple palettes. My workaround is to do the colour picking in OS X, load up a Keynote or PPT 04 document with some schemes and copy it for use in Windows/Office.

So I'm looking for any hints that might allow me to enhance the functionality of the Windows and/or Office colour picker. When I work with certain clients I need to use Win / Office. I was hoping that Vista/Office07 might have made some progress, but from what I understand colour pickin' wasn't developed further for the latest versions.

This is not a criticism of Win / Office, but I would like to do "proper pickin" from within Win Office without having to transcribe codes, then store palettes & schemes - just as I can on the Macs.

Any ideas?

Thanks
