Is there a write-up on how to replace the trackpad (A1286)?

I have found a replacement trackpad for my A1286 MBP. Is there a write-up somewhere on how to replace them? I haven't found much. A youtube video, a webpage with pictures, even a repair guide (I've got one for my ThinkPad), anything would help.
