Hey all!

Just ordered my MBP, so I decided to join this forum ;)

Had a little question concerning the package. Does anyone know if there's an actual DVD with Snow Leopard installation on it in the box?

Apparently you need it when you upgrade your drive (obviously, really). And this is exactly what I plan to do.

Thanks for the replies in advance!

Yes there is. There are two grey so-called Restore DVDs inside the box.

Yep, there is a gray restore disk that works only with your model of computer, which will reinstall the OS and I believe iLife is on a separate disk.

Got mine last week and it is exactly as shown above but with an extra disc for iLife 11. enjoy it !!!

Great! Thank you for the fast replies!

Googled all over the place but couldn't find a straight answer.
Thanks again!

When I read the thread title in Forum Spy, the 'DVD' part didn't register in my mind for some reason. I thought that you were asking if an actual snow leopard was in the box. :p

I got a bit of a laugh out of that.

What? You mean there isn't one?
I've been gypped! Had! Bamboozled!
