The Front is Dry, the Back is wet. Not sure about the orangle peel though, since I don't have it.

I'm a fan of the Phantom Skinz matte back - http://phantomskinz.com/appleiphone4pre-order.aspx

It's got a great feel to it and because it's matte, there's no orange peel. This is a wet install (which I personally prefer) and very easy to apply. Once the protector has set and had time to dry it looks really good.
