Is there an app for printing long or wide websites?

I have two issues.

1. I like to print out some of the information I read online and when I click print it crops the rightmost portion of wide websites. If I print in landscape it sometimes works but often doesn't. I wish there was a way to print with a "scale to page" option.

2. Is there a way to take a screen shot (image file) of a long web page? (Not just what is visible but below the screen as well.)

Regarding your second question there is an app called Paparazzi! that will do just that. There is also a Firefox plug-in that will too... if you use Firefox.

In Firefox there's a checkbox that says "Shrink to Fit Page Width" Opera seems to have the same option, but Safari (version 3) is missing it.
