I have mp4 file, When i play it it stopped in the middle of the video and the player is closed.
i have tried mxplayer and movist.


I am pretty sure that the file is corrupted or something.

And the file was downloaded 100%.
 
You can try re-encoding it in VideoMonkey. To make sure you don't mess up the video quality, select MP4 as a format and check "Limit output params to input" and "H.264 video" and slide the "quality" slider to "go nuts".
 
The only thing I can think of is VLC. VLC can open almost any video file (or audio/many others) whether it's corrupted or not. You can also re-encode the video with VLC, though this is a pain. I'd suggest just re-downloading the file, but in an emergency VLC should work.
