Is there any app (jailbroken or not), that can make the phone trigger an audible alert regardless of whether the silent/vibrate mode is on? Similar to the "play sound" feature in the find my iphone app, that emits a high pitch alert in case you lose your phone under the couch.

Let's say my son hit his head and is on his way to the hospital, but my phone was accross the room and I can't hear it vibrate while in a meeting. This app would have "rules" essentially in which it could trigger the audible alert/notification/etc

It could be triggered by:
SMS from a certain number (WITH specific text)(like " 911 "
Email from a certain email (With Specific text)
etc.

I believe iOS 6 includes this capability, although I haven't seen it personally. Pretty sure it's coming, in the next couple of weeks, no JB required. I think it's based on source, not content though. You can override do not disturb when receiving texts or calls from specified numbers I think.
