Is there an App that shares diary entries??

My Physio has an iPhone - as do I.

He is sometimes hard to get hold of and its often difficult to get a slot with him.

Is there any APP which would allow him to send my appointment info directly into my Diary/Calendar on the iPhone.

(by the way - neither of use use Outlook)
