Is there an app to mark all emails as read? I tried to get mark read from cydia and its not compatible with ios 5

Mark Read is being updated as we speak per the dev's twitter page.

You could also try Mail Enhancer. Has a LOT of things to improve the stock Mail.app including selecting all messages and marking as read.

Hahah, so it does. Shows how many emails I deal with

ios 5 does not do this natively. you cannot mark all emails as read across different mailboxes without selecting each email one at a time. i just got mark all which does the trick
