Is there an application like the Snipping Tool on windows 7?

Hi i'm looking for some application that does like a print screen like the Snipping Tool on Windows 7. I'm using Snow Leopard.

I don't know what the snipping tool looks like, but there's Grab in /Applications/Utilities. Personally I just use command+shift+3 and command+shift+4, though.

The snipping tool is like Grab but you can draw annotations onto the image straight away.

I use it all the time on Windows as I work remotely.

Is there such a thing for the Mac?
