Is there an application out there for creating newsletters?

I am the President of a new Photo Club at my school and I would like to put out a bi-weekly newsletter. Is there a program out there (that's better than word) at creating newsletters?

Adobe InDesign or Pages(Mac)/M$ Publisher (Windows).

iWork Pages will do just fine.

I find Pages perfectly adequate for putting together flyers and simple newsletters. You can use one of their 12 standard Newsletter templates as a start, or just make your own. I'm impressed with the ease that you can create complicated layouts in Pages.

Yep. I put together the Seminary newsletter using Pages. See the Prayer, Study, Trial publication at this link (bottom of page).
