Is there an equivalent to Windows 10 Reset?

I tried searching but there isn't a clear definitive answer. I want to wipe my settings/account/cache/data on Macbook Air M1 running Big Sur 11.1 and go through initial setup again without wiping the OS. Will erasing the /data partition in recovery and reboot do that?
