Is there an FTP app that will let me stream to my iphone?

I'n curious to know if this would work. Is there an FTP app that will allow me to access my site and stream my uploaded mp3 and mp4s over 3G? It seems to work fine with the Dropbox app, so I don't see why it wouldn't with FTP....

Is it possible? Has anyone done it? And which app would you recommend for this?
