Is there an iphone app that can password protect email account and it's settings?

Although I normally use my yahoo account for the vast majority of my emails and I don't care about protection, right now I am trying to set up an app called Big Brother that takes face pictures of anyone entering a wrong passcode or presses the home button out of big brothers passcode. Since I don't normally use my mobileme email, I thought I could designate the mobileme email for the Big Brother app. This is because with the face pictures of unauthorized users, Ill also have find my iphone at my fingertips. There is one problem though, if the thief exits out of the big brother app, he could go to my mobileme mail and delete all the emails of his face picture sent to it. Also another problem is that despite the fact you can restrict location settings to prevent the thief from disabling it, I discovered that the thief can circumvent tracking by going to mail contacts and calendars and deleting the mobileme account. I want to know if there is an app that behaves like the mail icon and the mail contacts and calendar settings but instead requires a password to view the mail, modify account related settings, or delete the account. That way mobile me can't be deleted by the thief and the thief can't go into the mobile me mail and delete the face pictures. If there is an app for the Iphone 4 that can do this, please let me know. If not, then if your a developer, would you be interested in developing such an application if its possible. Thanks.
