Is there an upload notification progress bar for Air Drop attachments?

Just tried Air Drop to send a 70mb attachment to another computer in the office to see how it works. Seems to work out beautiful (now I don't have to go to Hightail.com every time to send large files). However, I didn't notice anywhere there being an indicator of the status of the uploaded file. Obviously the recipient does not get an email until the file has been fully uploaded, but it would be nice to be able to see a progress bar of some sort that shows the status of the file being uploaded.
