is there any app that can allow custom gestures for other app?

i saw on youtube dolphin browser for android.which is awasome features e.g :edit gestures on browser.
my question is editing gestures possible on iphone ?

the only custom gesturing that i am aware of is from a cydia app called activeator. it basically lets you assign gestures (from a set of predefined gestures) to "activate" (or call-up) an app. so for example, you could set the recording app to launch by swiping left on the lower screen...or something along those lines... that said, i was not able to get all the gestures to work. good luck
