Is there any app that's like Windows Image Viewier?

Is there any app like the Windows Image Viewer? I hare the Preview App in Mac OS X, but I can't go the next image or the previous image. I know I can press Space bar ,when an image is selected, and go to the next photo my pressing the right key, but it stops when after couple of images, and then I have to press the down arrow to see other photos. I hate this. It's incredibly stupid. I prefer Windows Image Viewer. Are there any apps out there, that is similar to that.

If you set the Finder view to list of column view, then you can move through them all with just the up and down arrow keys.

Click on an image file in the Finder, press the space bar and then arrow left or right or even up or down to navigate to the next.
