is there any Apps which could count and stop 3G usage

I only have 1GB 3G cellular usage per month and I sometimes need to share wifi to my iPad wifi version. Exceeding 1GB means horrible charges, I 've once experienced that, is there any such Apps which can count all data usage and stop/disable cellular data at all once it reaches some value , for example, my case is 1GB

I don't want to be always worried about exceeding the limit
