I reset a lot to erase cookies, history and cache. Is there any problems associated with doing this?

Is there any danger in resetting safari?

There are no problems, as long as you don't delete something you didn't intend to, such as leaving "Remove saved names and passwords" checked, if you didn't want them deleted.
