Is there any delayed billing plan on the Apple store?

I was just looking around, and I don't think I'm having any luck finding one.. I know that there are plenty of retailers and distributors with monthly billing plans who offer the option of suspending payments for up to a full year after the initial purchase. Does Apple offer anything like this?
