Is there any difference between 4 & 4s USB power adapter?

Charged my 4s overnight with a 4 adapter and it was only 97%!?! Do I have a bum phone or does the 4s adapter have diff specs?

The chargers for the 4 and 4s are the same one.

Thanks. I found the 4s adapter. Trying it now. I did notice the model#'s are different but everything else reads the same.

There's no difference. It's the same charger.

The reason you're seeing 97% is because the phone will charge to 100% and then stop charging the battery. It will not recharge again unless it drops below a certain level (possibly 94%), or you unplug and replug it.
