I'm looking for new ram memory for my macbook and can't find the difference between pc2-5300 and pc2-5300S, will both work ok on macbooks or should i stick to one of it?
thanks!

hi, i understand that, but my question is:
it's better two pc2-5300 or two pc2-5300S modules on a macbook??

or simply there is not one difference?

the "S" designation stands for SODIMM which is what you would put in you macbook. it has 200 pins

the other would probably be DIMM which has 240 pins which would be used for desktops
