is there any easy way to export ALL albums/pictures to respective folders in aperture

You mean export more than one without the program stuffing all the photos into one folder? I'd love to know that as well; if anyone has any information, feel free to post.

Someone helped me in the apple discussion forum -

you select all the projects you want, and then option click and export versions. As an option, you can choose to name folders the same as project name.
