Is there any fix for noises produced by the MacBook Pro's monitor?

Not the infamous logic board whine, but the other..

I'm considering purchasing one used from someone else, but they've told me that the only real problem with it is the high-pitches noise coming from the screen during use (Not sure if it fluxuates with brightness or not).. Is there a fix for this one? Can this be sent into an Apple store to be taken care of like the logic board problem?

If it fluctuates with brightness, yes. It is a known (to Apple) problem that they will fix. If it is something else, it may be an individual problem you'll have to talk to Apple about.
