Is there any Free app Transfer Whatsapp data from android to Iphone?

I want to move my wotk phone from android to iphone, and whatsapp is one of the most important app in it.

I have a problem that i didn't find a free app to transfer whatsapp data from android to iphone.
I hope someone could help in in this situation.

Personally I would just do a backup to Google Drive (one of the options in the Backup menu) and then restore it.

Looking for an answer to this too, don't mind paying a little for a 3rd party app but hopefully someone's tried one that works. Trying to Transfer WhatsApp from an LG to an iPhone 11.

Backing up to Google Drive on Android isn't compatible with transferring to iOS since iOS only restore backup from iCloud. You can't restore Google Drive WhatsApp backups to iPhone.

I’m moving on from WhatsApp because of this archaic way of doing backups. I’m all in with Telagram now.

Telegram is nice, no video calls though. Get Google Duo for that, works across ios and android.
