Is there any multimeter app that uses the iPhone's magnetometer (just like DTE Insight)?

I just found out about an app for DTE customers called "DTE Insight". There's a cool feature in the app called "Power Scan", which uses the iPhone's magnetometer to give a measurement of the electrical current using the iPhone's magnetometer.

Is there another app that offers the same functionality?
