If you want official you must keep it under 2 gigs and forfit your unlimited data. OR you can jailbreak and get on of the tehering apps such as mywi or itether

The answer to your question is no. You have two options.

1) Abandon your unlimited plan and get the 200MB or 2GB plan. Then pay $20 for tethering.

2) Don't go through official channels and jailbreak your iPhone. There are a few options to add tethering.

As for official ways, there is none. To do it officially, you'll have to pay $20/month + $10/GB for every one after 2.

Yeah, but its expensive. Drop down to the 2GB plan, and add tethering. $45/month right now. Then add in the extra $40/month in overage charges to make it seem unlimited. At only $85/month its a steal!

An app like HandyLight could sneak itself into the app store again. I downloaded it and it works without jailbreaking on my unlimited data plan.

I simply don't want to Jailbreak my phone...I can live without tethering, I was just curious if they had the option available.

I can't drop my unlimited plan because I usually go over 2gb, or am pretty close to it.
