Is there any other Video Chat Options?

Even beyond skype....

I want to video chat with a friend on the computer and I know you cant use facetime and skype isn't ready yet, so what else is there?
 
Facetime is an open standard so hopefully desktop webcams will be interface with the iPhone before long (I hope anyway).
