I have a regular postpaid T-Mobile US plan with a regular SIM card. I have no current plans of getting a second plan or number or of traveling internationally. Would there be any point in transferring my service to an eSIM?

I use eSim on my personal line and a physical sim for my work line. Other than that, I don’t see a benefit to switching if you only have one line aside from ensuring an iPhone 12 has 5g capabilities, meaning you don’t have to go through the trouble of requesting a new 5g SIM card from your carrier.

I use my esim for all my data usage and my primary line for calls and texts. This allows me to get the $10 kickback from t-mobile. My esim line is free :)
