First of all, I am only doing this as a last resort if I can't find any other solutions for my battery issue.

Since that time until now I still have that issue but somehow its better now, but not great. I did upgrade again to Catalina though.
Battery now drains for about 13% in just 45 minutes, That's not normal, Right ?
I think that a security update that apple released in Q1 of 2020 affected my battery.
I didn't reinstall macOS after that to see if it resolves this issue because I am too lazy.
And because i am planning to clean install Big Sur when it released, Anyone know the time of release ?
If it doesn't resolves the battery issue I may downgrade to Mojava and stay there forever without downloading security updates.
