Is there any serial number for watch bands?

If I purchase extra bands for my Apple Watch, do I need to register anything for warranty? Or do I just bring the Watch together with the band to receive exchange or repairing?

No serial number. Whatever band is on the Watch is covered, even if purchased separately.
