Is there any skins for Mac osx?

Example Windws XP you can skin it to different colors. So I was wondering can you do the same thing with Mac osx?

I suggest using the search function and/or going to the Post Your Desktop thread and looking there. There are many apps that can be used to change the overall appearance of your mac.

Have you tried "System Preferences" > Appearance ? Does that do what you want?
