Is there any tool that lets holding down the mouse click make the mouse click repeatedly?

I want to be able to hold down the mouse button to click repeatedly. There's a very old game I'm trying to play in Wine and being able to hold down the mouse to repeatedly click is the difference between it being playable and being prohibitively hard on the wrist. Back on Windows XP it registered a held-down mouse click as repeated clicks.

Mojave compatible preferred, but I can take any app suggestions and check the compatibility myself.

I saw ClickClick could potentially be used to click the same spot, but the click does not occur in the same spot on the screen, by the way. I have to move the mouse to move the ship in the game around.
