Is there any watch app like this? To remind me to charge my watch right before I take a shower ? I know it may be difficult to design a app like that

Set a daily reminder. That’s what I do. Every night at 9pm the Reminders app reminds me to charge.

Not easily if at all within your house. That’s too tight of a location area. You can set reminders to be activated by location. But I don’t think you can do it for different areas of your house.
You can set a reminder by location, but I think the difference in distance from one part of the house to another might be too small to trigged it. Unless, perhaps, you live in a mansion or castle...haha!
I don’t think there’s a really an option that would magically tell your phone or your watch that you’re about to shower, but if you always put your watch in the same place on the bathroom counter, what about just putting your watch charger right there in the bathroom?
A low tech method is to put a 3x5" card near your mirror/sink/shower that simply says "watch" or something. You could even have a duplicate card that you can take when you travel.
You’re welcome. I wouldn’t do the bathroom counter though. While the watch is water resistant IPX rating doesn’t cover steam because vapor is far smaller that a water droplet. Steam can easily get in the watch.
I’ve heard that, but I’ve regularly showered with every Apple Watch I’ve owned, from the series 0 all the way up to my new series 6. I don‘t think water vapor is really an issue.

So basically you want your watch to be psychic.
Ordinarily I’d agree what that really isn’t want [mention]max2 [/mention] wants. They want location based reminder, but that won’t work. So they don’t need AutoSleep because the same thing can be accomplished with Reminders for free.
"Steam" means don't wear your Watch in the steam room. The minor fogging from your shower (you do have a vent, don't you?) is not "steam" and is not an issue with the Watch.
You might not even need something as grand as that. A normal cheap NFC sticker would do the same job. Stick it to your bathroom door. Set it to remind you to charge your watch.
Also, you seem to want to change your habits from forget to charge to not forget. This seems perfect for Streaks. Yes the app will notify you but it will also give you points when you don’t forget and deduct it when you do. In no time you will forget it no more.

Also is there a free or lite version i can try?
I just use my brain to remember that type of thing. Works most of the time, but definitely not all the time.
