Is there any way I can transfer bookmarks from my iPad to my iPhone?

I felt like my phone was getting sluggish so wanted to restore and set up as new. I however want my bookmarks back that were on both my iPhone and iPad. Is there any way I can send the bookmarks from my iPad over to my iPhone? I am jailbroken if it's possible maybe that way.

If your using iCloud then you do nothing, its already there!
