I just discovered that if I delete a Keynote document from my iPad, it deletes it from my iCloud account and from all my other iDevices. In other words: it's gone!
I understand the promise of having iCloud sync across all my devices, but let's face it, there are situations where you want items A, B, and D on your iPad but items B, C and D on your iPhone. Meanwhile you'd want the complete set of A, B, C and D to be available on your iCloud account.
Example: My iPhone is my own property, but my iPad is a company item. So I want most of my presentations to be stored on my iPad but prefer them not to be on my iPhone.
Is there any way of doing this, aside from setting up a second iCloud account? (That would be messy for other reasons.) If so it's not obvious.
