Universal Is there any way to block YT channels in the iOS YT app?

Googling suggests you can go to the "About" section of the channel you never want to see again, and find a "Block User" option behind a flag icon, but that flag doesn't seem to exist in the iOS app.
 
Click the three-dot icon at the top right of the channel (right underneath your battery meter and to the right of the magnifying glass search icon).
