Is there any way to hand off a call from watch to phone?

I’d much rather use the phone’s integration with my truck’s stereo when I’m in the vehicle, but if I take a call on the watch, it seems I’m stuck talking on the watch for the duration of the call. Am I missing a way to move a call to hands-free on the truck?

All you would have to do is pick up your iPhone to take the call on the phone. As if your answering a call. If your iPhone is connected to your car's bluetooth, then the audio will come from your car's speakers.
