Other than VM Ware Tools ^^ , no. Fusion doesn't see your card as a 9600 or whatever it may be. It sees it as the what VM Ware translates it as which I believe is some generic video card.
 
That's because that's all that VMWare can translate. You cannot use your card to its optimum in a VM. You can only do limited 3D, which I thing is DX9 Shader2. That's it, no more. You'll have to use bootcamp to use the whole card.
