Is there any way to make a windows always stay on top in Lion on the MBP?

The title pretty much says it all.

I wanna keep my Skype chat window always stay on top even when I click on another windows, such as Safari. Is that possible?

Not as far as I know. I'm sorry for not being of anymore help.

Some apps, like Quicktime, have an option of "Float in Top" in the View menu.

Otherwise, there are some apps that add this functionality.

And I'm sure I used a different app before which was more simple. But I can't remember it's name.
