iPhone Is there any way to make email notifications smaller?

The email notifications I get always show 4 lines of the email. It doesn’t matter if I have “Preview” set to 1 line or 2 lines, it always shows 4 lines in the notification. Before ios13 I did not have this issue and could get my email notifications to only show Sender, Subject, and first line of email. Another broken feature of Apple’s terrible email app.
