I want something more similar to Windows - all the windows are ordered in two rows and it's very easy to see where everything is. Meanwhile, mac throws them all over the screen in a disorderly fashion and reorganizes them quite a lot, and it takes me quite a while to find what I want.
Is there any setting or application or something that makes the mission control behave more like on windows?
