Is there any way to report UI bugs to Apple?

When looking at the scrubbing/progress bar in Control Centre for a song/podcast/audiobook over an hour in length, the time digits overlap the progress bar and looks ugly.

Any way to report a screenshot of it to Apple?

I like this one a lot. In safari, if you pull up the tabbed view and exit to the homescreen, whenever you come back into safari, the gray blob at the bottom pups up for a few seconds
